  • Can I leave my luggage at check-out?

    Yes, and at no cost. Although the apartment has been vacated, you can leave your luggage at the reception until 6 hours after check-out and use the services of the Residence.

 

  • What happens if I forget something in the apartment?

    All items found after check-out will be stored for up to 60 days. Please contact us to determine how to proceed if this situation occurs.

 

  • Is it possible to smoke in the apartments and in the structure?

    The residence has outdoor areas (garden, bar, restaurant, terrace in all departments) where you can smoke, so we ask you to respect the policy of not smoking inside the apartments.

 

  • What happens in cases of damage or loss of any personal object inside the apartment?

    We ask you to leave your valuables in the safe as we are not responsible for any losses, clothing, money or other objects not stored in the safe

 

  • What happens in case of damage caused by guests to objects, furniture or property?

    Guests must sign an agreement, after examining that the entire apartment, furniture and objects are in good condition (intact and fully functional). 

    *For the safety of both parties, there will be a joint control during entry and exit from the apartment.

 

  • Can I receive visits to the apartment or residence?

    Of course, your visits must be registered at the reception and pay a fee of $20 Dollars, which includes:

    • Entrance to the private beach
    • Pisicina Jacuzzi

 

  • What should I do with the keys to the apartment?

    They must be delivered to the reception upon check-out.

 

  • Is Boca Beach Residence responsible for what can happen to vehicles parked in the parking lot of the Residence?

    No, for the convenience of our guests we provide a private parking with 24 hour security, however we are not responsible for damage caused by third parties to vehicles, or partial or total loss of objects inside.

 

  • How is the apartment cleaned?

    Daily cleaning of the apartment is available daily from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Please use the respective labels:

    • “Please, Do not disturb”. Under no circumstances will the cleaning staff enter the room.

    • “Please, Clean the apartment”. This label informs the absence or permission of the guest to clean.

    • If no label has been hung on the doorknob by the scheduled time, it is assumed that the apartment can be cleaned.

*Note: During cleaning, the staff is not allowed to move any object of the guest, so you find everything as you left, except the equipment of the apartment.
